I had ordered regular sourdough, rye sourdough, regular croissants, chocolate croissants, apple turnovers and macarons. The macarons were absolutely perfect. I have baked one loaf of the regular sourdough and wasn't super thrilled with the outcome. I have a gas range and baking in the metal pan at 500 degrees may need to be adjusted a bit as the bottom of the loaf was definetely burnt and the entire loaf over crispy. I just baked up the regular and chocolate croissants on parchment paper lined Pampered Chef clay baking sheets and they are absolutely perfect-just waiting for them to cool down a bit to sample them. Once I master the temperature and timing for the sourdough I know I will be reordering for sure.
