This bread is so easy to have in the freezer for any time you want to have a nice loaf of bread. It’s much better than having cooked loaves in the freezer.I love the convenience of having the bread delivered to my door and I have really enjoyed the croissants and turnovers.

Love this product. I've missed French bread so much over the years, and with no bakery nearby, it's been impossible to duplicate those awesome sandwiches. Now it's in my freezer, available whenever. Dangerous, but great!

We’re Alice and Lucas, two French bread lovers who couldn’t find a proper baguette after moving to Vancouver. So we started testing. A lot. What began as a craving turned into Atome Bakery: the first online French artisan bakery in Canada and the U.S., delivering fresh, hassle-free sourdough straight to your door. Where are you located?
We don't have a storefront, Atome Bakery is a delivery service with subscription purchase options. You can order on the website and we will ship your product directly to your door!
We have physical locations (Office, kitchen or distribution) in both Canada (Vancouver, BC) & US (Portland, OR)
Where are you shipping?
We are currently shipping in Canada (BC, AB, SK) and all westernmost US states.

How are you shipping frozen to my door?
We are using multiple services to try and ship your products in time.
FedEx/UPS/Purolator/Local Carriers: Shipping our product in Canada and USA, in next day or 2-day delivery time.
You can always check the shipping status of your order via the link you receive by email or text.
Do I need to be home when my box arrive?
No, you don't need to be home to receive your Atome Bakery box since we ship it without a required signature for delivery. Our Atome Bakery boxes are packed with dry ice insulation, and sometimes with additional gel packs, to keep the items cold for several hours upon delivery. However, you should plan to unpack your Atome Bakery box and put the products in your freezer as soon as possible. After the carrier confirms delivery, you are responsible for the box.
What makes our bread different?
First of all, we're French, so our standard is quite high! Our vision is to make better bread more accessible wherever you are in America.
Our bread is made with love and care, using traditional methods that take time to ensure the best taste and texture. We use high-quality ingredients that are easy to understand and contain no preservatives.
Our sourdough bread are made in a 3 days process, which makes it easy to digest for some people with gluten sensitivities. Plus, it's packed with prebiotics that keep your gut biome healthy.
Finally, we're French, and let's admit that we're quite picky and demanding in terms of bread!
Is it gluten-free?
No, our products are not gluten-free. We do use a long fermentation process and 100% sourdough in our bread, but they still contain gluten. Our process simply makes it easier to digest. If you have any doubts, it is best to consult with your doctor prior to trying our products.
