As usual I love all that I ordered it was just to bad they send me the bread pan again I don’t need two of them it will end up in the trash

The products are very tasty and easy to prepare. That being said, every time I set my oven to 500 degrees it only goes to 480 and my loaves do not turn out well. Can't afford a new stove so I have to be careful what I order. That is a "me" problem. Fast shipping and products are very well protected in transit.
Never actually received the shipment. No notification about shipment. Was not aware it had been shipped. Until last night looked online and saw that it was actually dropped off June 4. On my way to pick it up today pretty sure it will have all gone bad by now would like refund for this past month.
I received 2 boxes at once. I believe there is still a mix up with my subscription. I should have only one medium box
Good - finding the bread a bit too dense despite using the special oven box and following instructions explicitly
Also a bit pale even thought I have tried opening the lid the last couple minutes of baking. Taste lovely. Very special product. Love the idea. Just needs tweaking. Ideas?

After just returning from a European holiday I was so happy to be able to prepare and serve breads and treats that took me right back to a Paris cafe.
Better more delicious bread using the Atome $10 pan…cast iron extremely heavy, takes a long time to heat up/cool down which would be fine if the baking result was improved (bottom crust over baked)
Love those apple desserts. Chocolate filled pastry and croissants. The breads are fabulous! So easy to bake and I made garlic bread on the bbq. Can’t wait to try your new items.
I’m always excited to receive my new box of goodies. The Brioche baggets are a mouthful of heaven! Every single product is a treat for the taste buds & I’m in love with the sourdough!
The first order was held up in a warehouse an hour away from us. It was delivered 4 days late and all products were thawed and some were so over proofed they had inflated the packaging. The customer service was good and quickly rectified the situation by sending a new order. I have now tried all the products and am disappointed with most of the results. The sourdough baguette was alright as fresh bread is hard to beat right out of the oven. To get the desired colour on top, the bottom was too dark for the brioche & braid. After cutting off the bottom, it did make good French toast. The most disappointing one was the croissants. Baked from frozen, followed the recipe, after 20 minutes, no colour. Baked 5 more minutes, they looked perfect, golden beautifully puffed up. After removing them from the oven, they immediately deflated so much so that they were gooey and undercooked on the inside. I couldn’t serve them to my guests this morning. The chocolate ones were edible but not perfectly cooked in the middle. I don’t mind paying the extra money if the quality is top notch. I have worked in a bakery so understand how to bake. I don’t see me as a repeat customer with worrying about delivery and if the product isn’t better than what I can get at my local bakery for the more than double the price. I had high hopes ☹️
Phenomenal! These bad boys taste awesome and are highly addictive! You have to try them to believe how good these things really are! Ive never had anything indidnt like yet from Atome!!!
