Arrived all frozen as promised . Tried a baguette which was very nice . However some mistakes and laziness on my part . My Wolf countertop convection oven only goes to 450F - too lazy to use the big Wolf oven. I baked the bread for 32 minutes covered and 6 minutes uncovered . Wanted a deeper colour so another 3 minutes uncovered . Consequently the crust was a little too crisp (I love a crisp crust) . Next time I will not be so lazy . However baguette was still nice .
The bread is so delicious and baked perfectly! I can't wait form my next box to arrive.

The bread is fantastic, super tasty, great crust and fluffy inside. Super easy instructions for baking, really can't go wrong! Already looking forward to our second box.
I’m having a blast with the breads and croissants . I do feel guilty about how far the dough travels. Wish there was an option closer to home .
The product itself looks amazing, but the pan is slightly dented and won't close fully. Will this affect the baking of the product, I wonder?
We are very pleased with the quality and taste of our breads. Just one thing we learned the oven should have been set an bake not on convection, the crumb was a bit less done than it should, but we have figured it out. In our next order we'll try out different choices of breads and pastries.

Fabulous croissant. Loved rye sour dough. I live alone. Rest are yet to come. Eagerly awaited my family have tasted and wholeheartedly agree.
Loved the packaging and how it was delivered perfectly frozen. We have tried the apple turnovers (wow) and a cheese baguette so far (wow). I'm impressed!!
So far so good. As a nervous bread baker, I had a few questions that were answered before my first bake. And my ciabatta sandwich bread turned out lovely……and from my own oven! Vegan croissants will probably be next!
