Absolutely delicious (and with the addition of candy βeyesβ made excellent mini-mummies for Halloween treats).
I am feeding just myself, so I've found that cutting the bread about 2 hours after baking, and then freezing it, works really well. When I toast the slices, all of the aroma of the rye comes back. Very delicious.

My 91 year old Mum is enjoying bread again with this sourdough offering. Itβs delicious, gut friendly and easy to prepare.
I use the covered tin purchased with the first order but have lowered the baking temperature to 400 degrees after 5 minutes at 500 degrees to keep the crust a bit softer. Covering it with a clean linen cloth also helps.

The white sourdough loaf has a wonderful crumb, and the flavour is delightful!
