This was delicious! From the smell of it baking to biting into it when it was ready was pure heaven. We continue to love our deliveries and the smell of fresh baked bread and treats.
Products themselves are great, easy to follow instructions, Quality products; shipping is the issue- have ordered several boxes, shipping is always delayed and rescheduled, products are not packed for delay and have come slightly thawed requiring them to be baked sooner than I’d like/planned.
Always happy with our order. Added the buns this order for my sons sandwiches and he loves it.
So pleased that our previous delivery challenges seem to have resolved.

Loved the sourdough loaf. Nice open crumb, great oven spring, awesome flavour. The croissant also great.
When living in a rural community it can be hard to find fresh baked goods. We’re so lucky to have found Atome! We now get to enjoy my husband’s favourite…croissants. They are amazing!!! And don’t forget the mini chocolate croissants as well. A must try!!!
Started with the small box and ordered a variety of items to test out. The gnocchi was a hit with the teen (and me). We all love the white sourdough (baguette and loaf) but I think the multigrain might be an acquired taste (still good, just not as good as the regular one).
I have convection oven but didn’t use the convection settings when baking; I found the 500F setting for the shortest time was still burning the bottoms of the loaves (used supplied baking box and added extra rack under it). For the third (white) loaf, I reduced the heat to 475F and did the shortest recommended time and it came out perfectly. I do not have an internal oven timer to test it with.
We still have pizza dough to try. Very happy with the flavour and convenience, definitely getting more boxes.
So far, I have only baked two Ciabatta rolls, with mixed result. At 500 degrees and despite having a baking sheet under the pan, the bottom was burnt at 27 minutes and the internal temp was 200!
The top crust was not the lovely brown shown in the pictures and was very tough. The interior was not classic Ciabatta-like, instead, it is a bit damp and dense.
Before baking any of the other products, I will do the last Ciabatta at 475, for 25 minutes, and remove the lid at 20 minutes, to see if that improves the result. If it does, I will adjust the bake process for the other products.
I do love the bread but the service has been sub par. I had a subscription and re-ordered it almost a week early but it never got delivered for 17 days after ordering. I inquired a couple times as to where it was and they were very slow in answering. I cancelled the subscription.
Simply amazing! It’s so delicious and the fresh smell of it baking fills our home with smiles!
Delicious sourdough without the work..love the bread. Well packaged and labelled. The baking pan was a must thank you for making that part of the initial package. Waffles and croissants will be a weekend lazy breakfast.
