Love the pan, It browns the bread nicely

I have only cooked the pizza dough and it was delicious.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Had a bit of trouble with my first loaf. A little burnt on the bottom but Claudia at Atome gave a couple tips to adjust my racks and my next loaves were perfection. Fresh baked on the long table for a family reunion breakfast with homemade jam and honey. Huge hit.

We very much enjoyed our sandwich bread. Nice crisp outside but fluffy on the inside.

Since I am contacting you I just wanted to mention that the box was delivered around 5pm and we didn’t notice until almost 8. That was fine except that there was not very much dry ice left and some of the breads had started to thaw and get soft. We put it straight in the Fri he to refreeze. We are hoping the regular instructions will still produce bread that we have enjoyed. .

Better than from the bakery! The only problem: hard to let them cool for 15-30 minutes :-)

Only tried the baguette but it was fantastic, and SO easy to bake. My next venture will be one of the sourdough loaves!

So this was the third Atome Box I received and as usual it did not fail to impress! I try to order one of the new products each shipment and this time I tried the Madelaines .. they were totally on point and if i closed my eyes while I sipped my Americano I could imagine I was in Paris! But seriously, all of Atome's products have been amazing and the only caveat is that everyone has different tastes and preferences. Keep up the great work!

Best on line shopping and most anticipated arrival ever! The bread is outstanding and the communication from order placement to delivery is seamless. My freezer is once again stocked. We are ready for autumn!
