The timing of this offer was perfect for me. We had a family member going in for surgery and as a “thank you” to the surgery ward, I baked a number of the croissants for the staff. They really appreciated a big tray of freshly baked croissants!
The pastry was excellent! Light and flaky just the way I like it. I put it on top of a steak and Guinness pie and it was gorgeous!
Box arrived in 35 degree humidity and was wet and not looking good. However opened the box which was well insulated and packed with dry ice. All items were still frozen. Tried the croissants last night which were absolutely the best my wife and I have ever had!!! Can not wait to try the bread.
