became Atome.

Two French bread-addicts, one Vancouver kitchen, and a very simple problem: nobody here baked like home. So we fixed it, and we'd love to tell you how.

We grew up eating fresh baguettes and toast every single day. When we landed in Vancouver, we couldn't find the bread we were used to. Not even close.

So we started baking our own, every day. And we wanted more of it: more fresh, artisanal sourdough in our lives, minus the hassle. So we baked, and baked, and baked, until we found the perfect solution.

That solution is Atome Bakery. Bread and pastry made by hand, frozen before baking, and delivered to your door, so your kitchen smells like a French bakery in minutes.

Oh, and the name? We French people can't say H's properly. So At-Home became Atome. :)
