ATOME BAKERY EATERS—so yummy 😋tummy issues settled out so no more store bought chemical breads for us.
We have now purchased 3 orders & am still excited to bake a fresh loaf whether it be a baguette, a loaf or buns.
Took a few orders to figure a few things out … like my oven needed calibrated & works better for me to line with parchment paper & to get a softer crust I put the hot fresh bread on a clean tea towel to let it cool then store in my beeswax bread bags
