We have now purchased 3 orders & am still excited to bake a fresh loaf whether it be a baguette, a loaf or buns.
Took a few orders to figure a few things out … like my oven needed calibrated & works better for me to line with parchment paper & to get a softer crust I put the hot fresh bread on a clean tea towel to let it cool then store in my beeswax bread bags

Love the ease of having homemade bread at home! My house smells like a french bakery! We ate the entire baguette standing at the kitchen island 😂
It was delicious except that the cheese leaked out and was slightly burnt.
I very much enjoy the various breads I receive from Atome bakery. I particularly enjoy being able to select my own choice of breads and that I can change my selection from one delivery to the next. So far, the breads are a “no fail” meaning that they are fresh and delicious every time I bake one.
