Our Croissant makes the art of pastry accessible to all. In just 30 minutes, discover the pleasure of a croissant with perfect flakiness and unforgettable taste. A magical experience from the first bite. This pack contains 3 croissants (70g each).
Each croissant is laminated with butter, proofed and frozen raw. It ships frozen across Canada and goes from your freezer straight into the oven, with no thawing and no overnight proof.
How to bake

Bake the croissants on a parchment-lined tray, or in the basket with space between each one. Let them cool for 10 minutes on a rack (5 minutes from the air fryer). Cook to an internal temperature of at least 74°C (165°F).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to thaw or proof the croissants?
No. Bake them straight from frozen. They are already proofed, so there is no overnight rise.
Can I make them in an air fryer?
Yes. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, leaving space between each croissant.
Will they fit in a regular oven?
Yes. Any home oven works. Use a parchment-lined baking tray at 375°F (190°C).
My box arrived thawed. Can I still bake the croissants?
Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. If your order thawed, we ship a new box at no charge.

This bread is wonderful and it’s all we ever eat. There are so many different dishes to make with it. But there is a small problem. UPS does not take care with the boxes. Some of the frozen bread broke in half and the box it arrived in was smashed in areas. It also came with a passenger…a black millipede also enjoyed the box contents it seems. So that’s disappointing. I did let ups know but no answer from them. So when I bake, do I just wet the ends of the broken piece and bake that way? We were blown away by the gougeres but I only got two…family got the rest! Can’t say enough about this great thing you all do! Thank you! Cheers, Marion

Unfortunately the delivery service must have changed but I had to leave work in middle of day as the driver dropped at a Purolator pick up depot
They are closed on weekends so Friday im informed that if I could pick it up I wouldn't get it until Monday.
Im not sure what was the issue but ive had Purolator drop at my hose before

Excellent bread!
So far I have baked the waffles, brioche buns and the Viennese loaf. Both were delicious. The baking was easy in the pan. I found the brioche a little sweet for a savoury sandwich but lovely toasted ,then butter and jam. Dinner guests really liked the loaf. The waffles were a terrific breakfast treat with butter and either syrup or jam. Looking forward to the rest.
