The bread is so easy to bake. With my bad arthritis, it was so wonderful to have the smell of fresh baked bread in the house again. It is great that you just go from freezer to oven.
I absolutely love the croissants (as well as the pains au chocolat). The pastry is light and flaky and they are very tasty.

I loved the idea of picking my own items. Some folks eat more bread , some more chocolate croissants.......etc.it'sa great concept!
