Thaw the frozen croissants on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 6 to 8 hours at room temperature until they proof to double the size. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until beautifully golden. Let rest for 10 minutes on a rack. Flaky, light, and plant-based perfection! Cook to an internal temperature of at least 74°C (165°F).

When we first got out box we initially thought oh boy this is all we get for the money we paid, but after realizing the portion sizes were perfect for 2 people and more we were pleasantly surprised. The freshness,taste and clean ingredients brings it all together. We cannot wait to try the rest. Bravo Atome bravo!!!
I really am impressed! Baked my first loaf and it turned out perfect. I also ordered the apple turnovers and they are good too. The bread tastes great and I like that it all simple, organic ingredients, just the way I would make it if I was a baker! I will be ordering again!
