Many years ago, I lived in Provence for several months. An important part of my day was stopping by a local boulanger to pick up a baguette and eclair. I've been looking for a replacement ever since! We've sampled your sourdough cheese baguette, brioche loaf and pasta so far -- all absolutely outstanding. Great (and authentic) texture and flavour, fool proof instructions, and so easy to prep.
