We have managed to 'test' the croissant and the sour dough loaf so far and they are a hit. I will be ordering many croissant and more bread!! We bring bread from Toronto to our small town houses, so this solves our 'hauling' issues. No more scheduling around a bakery pick up. Thank You!
Every loaf came out perfectly and taste like it's fresh from the bakery. My kitchen has never smelled better :)
Outstanding bread. Flavour is great and like the variety in the initial first box. Getting the box to bake the bread in is a great bonus.

Atome is just amazing. I looked at it for months before deciding to buy it and I am hooked. It is just so convenient to have in the freezer and pop in the oven when you need something. My first box predominately bread and so far I'm loving all of it. I think I'll dip more into the pastries for the next box.

Many years ago, I lived in Provence for several months. An important part of my day was stopping by a local boulanger to pick up a baguette and eclair. I've been looking for a replacement ever since! We've sampled your sourdough cheese baguette, brioche loaf and pasta so far -- all absolutely outstanding. Great (and authentic) texture and flavour, fool proof instructions, and so easy to prep. Our fondest hope is that your Ontario experiment will be strongly subscribed to allow you to continue. Not sure I can go through another decades long withdrawal! Many thanks,
