Excellent. Very dense bread, delicious and ,fills up more than other breads so smaller pieces go a long way. Bakes beautifully according to instructions.

There was a confusion with orders so I actually received two boxes of delicious breads on the same day and I am a single person. I have a solstice gathering every year for family friends and neighbours. As people left, I offered them a loaf of Atome bread to take home and bake, along with a jar of jam from the summer harvests! What a great gift- and so I might plan to do this next year!!!! Thank you Atome!
I have searched for high quality “all butter” pastry. I made mince pie swirls and they turned out perfectly. Delicious pastry.
