Your bread was amazing! Once we realized you need to line it with parchment it was wonderful especially just taking it from the freezer to the oven.

These folks at Atome really know their products. The flavour is beyond just good. It is delicious! I am still new to Atome working through my first order. I have baked both the multi-grain and sour dough baguettes. YUM! Get them again. I baked the croissants - buttery, crispy, melt in your mouth flavour. Certainly buy them again. I baked the ciabatta as well. I found the ciabatta to have too much breading although it had terrific flavour once again. This fabulous service may be a tad costly but having bread on hand to complement my cooking is terrific and worth the cost. What a great idea! thanks to the team at Atome.
