Many years ago, I lived in Provence for several months. An important part of my day was stopping by a local boulanger to pick up a baguette and eclair. I've been looking for a replacement ever since! We've sampled your sourdough cheese baguette, brioche loaf and pasta so far -- all absolutely outstanding. Great (and authentic) texture and flavour, fool proof instructions, and so easy to prep. Ordered my first box with a variety of breads- got my free pan and have been enjoying rye sourdough, Gruyère baguette and sourdough baguettes fresh from my oven. Delicious crust and soft inside! Next up, croissants- can’t wait!
They proofed well over night and baked into large beautiful croissants.
