Started with the small box and ordered a variety of items to test out. The gnocchi was a hit with the teen (and me). We all love the white sourdough (baguette and loaf) but I think the multigrain might be an acquired taste (still good, just not as good as the regular one).
I have convection oven but didnāt use the convection settings when baking; I found the 500F setting for the shortest time was still burning the bottoms of the loaves (used supplied baking box and added extra rack under it). For the third (white) loaf, I reduced the heat to 475F and did the shortest recommended time and it came out perfectly. I do not have an internal oven timer to test it with.
We still have pizza dough to try. Very happy with the flavour and convenience, definitely getting more boxes.
