The croissants are delicious but not quite fluffy enough for my taste. I think it has to do with my oven.

I love the “puff” of the pastry. There is great apple filling. LOve the overall taste

It’s been hard to get these baked at 500 degrees with the heat wave we are experiencing in the Okanagan but I get up very early so I can enjoy the best bread ever
