Viennoise Brioche Baguettes (2-pack)

I liked the option of ordering different items. I live alone so ordering a big batch of the same thing would last too long, plus I don’t eat a large quantity of bread, mostly because of all the chemicals to make it last forever, and doesn’t taste that great. So looking forward to have good, healthy bread.
Plus it allowed me to try different items. I haven’t tried everything yet, but what I’ve tried was very good. I tried the 1) brioche bun, 2) the croissants, 3) the apple turnover, 4) madeleine waffles & 5) the chocolate lava cake. The last 2 were good but not my favourite.
Next will be the brioche viennoise baguette and the gratin dauphinois.
My only issue is that heating levels and cooking time had to be amended. Fortunately cooking just one item at a time, didn’t ruin all 3 of the same items. I’m marking what I liked the best, so next order I can order more of my favourites. In the bread, I’ve only tried one brioche bun, which wasn’t cooked enough, as was the croissant. The next 2 croissants were perfect. Very pleased with my order. By the time it got delivered to Ottawa, no ice remained, but everyting was still frozen.

THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!! WE HAD THEM THIS MORING FOR BREAKFAST.

I would appreciate feedback on this please. The loaves are very good, however in spite of following the instructions and using an accurate temperature oven, the underside develops a very hard crust that is tough to cut through let alone eat. Do you have any suggestions to help solve this issue?

I’m obsessed with these products and can’t get enough.

These chocolate croissant bites are just the perfect size and they are absolutely delicious! They are so flaky with a nice rich chocolate filling.

Very pleased overall. However we find the loaves and baguettes develop a very hard crust, particularly on the bottoms when baked. The ovens temperature is accurate and we always bring it up to temperature prior to putting them in and bake per package instructions. We have stopped purchasing the baguettes for this reason. Any suggestions?

& wow it’s yellow NOT pale yellow like the “organic” salted grocery brands.

Very nice, incredible light, flaky crust and sweet apple inside makes every bite perfect.

Love love love all of their products and how easy they are to make. Would definitely recommend!

These are great for breakfast or as a treat when company comes for coffee. Very quick to bake and serve. I sometimes add an icing sugar drizzle for a bit of sweet on top.

It is the perfect loaf. The size is right for sandwiches and texture is perfect and delicious

Bread is amazing. It’s hit at family dinners. The whole family loves it.

I bought two boxes of these croissants and they are delicious. Simple to bake and easy to enjoy. Love these.
