I am sorry I didn't respond to you sooner. The baked goods were outstanding. My favourite is the baguette with cheese, and oh my god, amazing! Getting used to the covered banking pan took time to master for me; I had to watch my oven. The waffles were good, a little too sweet for me, but enjoyable. Best to have with fresh fruit on top of the waffles; I wish I had done that. With the apple turnovers, I thought they would be really sweet like a turnover from McDonalds and happy they weren't very enjoyable. I have a few more items to enjoy, overall fantastic, outstanding! Thank you for your kindness, which allowed me to change my order. You took the extra step with wonderful customer service, so that nothing was removed from my order, true caring to make your customers happy. I wish you would allow customers to be able to order a couple of baked foods. Your gift card was given to me as a gift. unfortunealty I am not able to place an order for $149.00. We've only eaten one loaf so far. The cheese loaf was good. The cheese however all seeped out during the baking. Fortunately I had lined the pan with parchment and the melted cheese was stuck on it not the pan.
If the other loaves bake as well as the first one, my choice for "bake at home" sourdough is a winner. Thank you Atome.
Products exactly as described, well packaged and easy baking instructions. I was pleasantly surprised at the inclusion of the lovely metal baking box in which to bake these breads ! My husband LOVES sourdough bread and he claimed the baguette was VERY good !!
Excellent quality, the ability to build my own box was optimal for our family
we love all your sourdough products, the only thing I would mention is the bottom of the breads get over baked even though we put an insulated cookie sheet under the black baking box, any more suggestions on that, please.
