Do you have a bakery open in Tacoma that we can visit?
No, we only have an online store. From our website, you can order all our products, and we will deliver them for free to your place in Tacoma, Seattle and throughout Washington state.
Where can I find the ingredients you use?
We only use natural ingredients: premium quality butter, sea salt, organic wheat flour, and real… The ingredients we use are available online on our website and are listed on each of our products.
Do you offer your boxes for corporate events?
Yes, we created the mini-croissant box, which includes plain or chocolate mini-croissants, made with pure butter. Baked in 20 min and we deliver for free!

Are all your products organic?
We strive to bring our bakery to the highest standards. Our sourdough bread is 100% made with organic wheat flour, even the cheese baguette. However, for our pastries, we have not yet found organic flour, but it is GMO-free like all our other ingredients.

What company does your bakery use for delivery in Tacoma?
We primarily use UPS to deliver your boxes to Tacoma and throughout the state of Washington.
How is your bread delivered to keep it frozen?
To ensure our products stays frozen during delivery, we use dry ice.
What is the delivery frequency?
You have two options: order a one-time box or get a subscription, you choose the best option for you.
Do you have vegan and/or gluten-free options?
We have vegan options; some boxes allow you to enjoy 100% vegan fresh bread. Unfortunately, the gluten-free option is not yet possible.
Gluten is necessary to feed the sourdough. However, as the sourdough matures, it helps reduce the amount of gluten.
