Love this product. I've missed French bread so much over the years, and with no bakery nearby, it's been impossible to duplicate those awesome sandwiches. Now it's in my freezer, available whenever. Dangerous, but great!

Received our box in good order. I was impressed with the engineering logistics for fitting everything into the very well-designed box. Kudos for research and sourcing of packing supplies. To date we have only baked two baguettes which both turned out perfectly. We enjoyed the crust and the tooth to the crumb. Just what we expect from an excellent sourdough baguette. We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of the order. The bread pan seems to be a very good product in which to bake the bread. Thank you.
It's great to have my own choices! Those waffles are killer for one and I may not have tried them had I not been able to order within my BYOB. Of course I've got more now along with my next bake, sesame seed baguette. So far no duds in my orders lol
The bread is excellent! So easy to make and so delicious! We heard about Atome from our favourite aunt and uncle who live near Vancouver and who are both excellent chefs in the kitchen, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my Atome bread tastes just as lovely as theirs! 🩷

The packaging was great! Arrived on the hottest day of the summer and survived even after sitting in my office for 3 hours and then travelling in car while I ran errands for 2 hours! Haven't tried the baking yet - too hot in the kitchen for that yet!
