A perfect balance of some bread, some baguette and pastries. I haven’t done much baking recently in this heat but look forward to doing some.

100% big fan since the early days. I wish I could adjust the frequency of our delivery a little easier as there is a lag between our last load and the next delivery! This is a good problem to have 🫢

We have now purchased 3 orders & am still excited to bake a fresh loaf whether it be a baguette, a loaf or buns.
Took a few orders to figure a few things out … like my oven needed calibrated & works better for me to line with parchment paper & to get a softer crust I put the hot fresh bread on a clean tea towel to let it cool then store in my beeswax bread bags
