Where is your bakery shop?
Atome Bakery is a delivery-only service, so we don’t operate a physical shop for in-store visits or pickups. All of our delicious sourdough breads and pastries are delivered straight to your door for convenience and freshness! 🚚💛

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to British Columbia, Alberta, select cities in Saskatchewan, and the Western USA. Delivery times vary based on your location and the day your order is placed - since we manually sort each shipment to ensure peak freshness, this helps us deliver your bread at its best!
Typically, local deliveries take about 1–3 business days, while destinations further away usually receive their orders within 2–5 business days.
Please note: the “SHOP” tracker on our website doesn’t reflect real-time availability—it’s a built-in tool we can’t update manually. For the most accurate updates, we recommend tracking your package directly with the carrier link or using this link: Track Your Order (also available at the bottom of the website). And of course, if you’re ever unsure, feel free to email us at hello@atomebakery.com with your address/order details, we'll confirm for you!
How are you shipping the products frozen to my door?
We ship all our products frozen using insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure they arrive in great condition. Each order is carefully scheduled to maintain peak freshness during delivery.
If your package arrives thawed or no longer cold to the touch, please take a photo of the contents right away and email it to our customer service team. We’ll be happy to look into it and make it right with a replacement or credit if needed 🥖❄️
We are using multiple services to ship your products in the best conditions:
Zipply: Delivering same-day delivery in Greater Vancouver using a fully electric fleet of vehicles.
UPS/Purolator/Fedex: Shipping our product in BC, AB, SK and USA, with enough dry ice for several day in transit.
Outside of Zipply deliveries, you can always check the shipping status of your order via the link you receive by email or text, or on the "Track my order" link at the bottom of the website.
Do I need to be at home when my box arrives?
No, you don't need to be home to receive your Atome Bakery box.
We ship it without a required signature for delivery, so the carrier is instructed to leave it at the door.
Our Atome Bakery boxes packages are shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging to keep everything cold until you can bring it inside, even several hours after delivery.
We do recommend bringing it in as soon as you can and placing the products in the freezer for best quality. After the carrier confirms delivery, you are responsible for the box.

Our sourdough is made from just three simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt—no additives, preservatives, or commercial yeast. What sets it apart is our natural fermentation process, which takes over 24 hours. This not only deepens the flavor and texture but also makes it easier to digest.We use high-quality ingredients that are easy to understand and contain no preservatives.
Each loaf is designed to be baked at home in our custom pan, giving you a beautifully crisp crust and tender crumb - fresh from your own oven. It’s artisan-quality bread with all the warmth of homemade 🍞✨
Finally, we're French, and let's admit that we're quite picky when it comes to bread!
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products are not gluten-free. All of our breads are made with wheat flour. However, because we use a long natural fermentation process with wild sourdough culture, many of our customers find our bread easier to digest than conventional loaves.
If you have a severe gluten intolerance or celiac disease, we recommend avoiding our products to be safe. If you have any doubts, it is best to consult with your doctor prior to trying our products.
