Any questions?
How does gifting work?
Choose a box from our gift collection, add a personal note in the Gift message field, then check out with the recipient's shipping address. We take it from there: your box ships frozen and ready to bake, straight to their door.
Can I choose when my gift is delivered?
Yes. On the box page, pick a delivery week from the dropdown. We schedule the box to arrive Tuesday to Friday of that week.
When will the recipient receive it?
Boxes are scheduled to arrive Tuesday to Friday of that week, anywhere in Canada we deliver to.
Do the boxes arrive frozen?
Yes. Every box ships packed in dry ice and insulation, arriving as frozen as it left our bakery. Move it to the freezer when it arrives, then bake whenever you're ready.
Can I include a personal note?
Yes. On each box's page, add your message in the Gift message field before adding it to your cart. It's included with the order for our bakery team to see.
Will the recipient see how much I paid?
No, as long as you check out with your own email. We ship to their address with your gift note. If you enter their email at checkout, they will get the confirmation and tracking emails.
What about the e-gift card?
Choose to send it to a friend's email or to your own. Add a personal note and, if you'd like, schedule the notification for a future date. If you schedule an e-gift card for a future date, the recipient is notified at 8 a.m. PST on the selected date.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every gift box and the e-gift card are one-time purchases, never a subscription.
