Everything turned out perfectly. The only loaf we had to bake a little longer was when we took it straight off of the dry ice it came with (much colder than our freezer).The add on of French butter was a perfect accompaniment.
Sourdough bread baking is easy with Atome. For the best bake, I use a baking dish filled with water on the lowest rack of the oven and place the bread pan on the middle rack.
Just received my order. The product arrived in great condition, easily transferred to freezer. Great idea to have prep instructions on each loaf. Prepared the sour dough rye, very good flavour and very easy prep. Will have to adjust baking time slightly as the loaf was a little too brown on the bottom. Look forward to trying the other breads soon.
Breads and turnovers baked up perfectly.
Did them in Breville toaster 480F 32min

Great product. Lots of selection. Everything is delicious. My only wish would be for a smaller box. It was a touch overwhelming to order so much for a first time.
Yum product. Tried it once & it didn’t cause me to react, so I purchased another box again, baguettes, pizza dough, brioche ( all exquisite) & paused my subscription for now.
Is it worth the price, I say: yes because i get to enjoy wheat/bread that it’s clean, & it does not cause me to have a reaction to additives/pesticides etc.
Glad it has the “organic” label.
I wouldn’t have purchased otherwise.
Just like a real bakery. I love having this level of baked goods in my freezer!
