There are mornings (or evenings - don't judge me) a Croissant can make all the difference in your mood. Done to perfection in your Air Fryer or little Toaster Oven, no need to use the big stove. Pre-made with LOVE by the lovely people at Atome Bakery. Delicious!

I am really enjoying the 'build your own box'. I've received two of them so far and am looking forward to the next one. What's great about these is that I can go in and switch up the contents, which is great for trying different things. I was a bit hesitant to start because it's frozen goods, but everything arrived still perfectly frozen!
I love being able to bake fresh sourdough bread without having to make it myself. I just pull a loaf out of the freezer, preheat my oven and drop it in the cast iron pan. Forty minutes later out it comes and then the hardest 20 minutes waiting for it to cool before I slice.
