We’re hiring an Office Manager & Social Media Coordinator!

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Keep the office shipshape—stock the supplies, organize the chaos, and make sure everything runs smooth.
• Plan birthdays, team events, and tiny surprises that make workdays just a little sweeter. 
• Be the go-to person for spreading positivity—whether it’s a surprise treat or a spontaneous team challenge. 
• Partner with our marketing team to create scroll-stopping content (think Instagram, TikTok, behind-the-scenes team shenanigans). 
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and help turn followers into fans. 
• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas to show the world how awesome Atome Bakery is.

Helping out where it’s needed! We’re a small team and we’re always happy to jump in to make mini-croissants or boxes for the logistics if need be!

We’re looking for someone who’s as excited about creating an amazing work culture as they are about curating the perfect Instagram story. Basically, be the glue that holds our fun, slightly chaotic bakery family together.
