Why you must have a Atome pan to bake our bread?
The Atome Pan is what allows you to imitate the effects of a deck oven (used in bakeries): It will keep the moisture of the dough trapped to create the perfect environment for the bread to rise and the crust to become crispy. It will also act as a heat shield to avoid burning the frozen dough!
